Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery Time
Shipping is free and takes on average 8 to 10 business days. During high-demand periods, delays may occur.

Shipping Areas
We deliver to 28 countries, including Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, UK, and other international destinations.

Carriers
Orders are shipped using our logistics partners (La Poste, Colis Prive, DHL, or equivalent), with the fastest available option.

Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Package
If the address is incorrect or the package is returned unclaimed, a reshipping fee may apply.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days.
